The facilities of the Secretariat of Welfare in Jalisco look crowded, not only because of older adults who have problems with their deposits for the pension granted by the Federation, but also because of those people who come to request revisions and corrections in your vaccination certificates against COVID-19.
After a tour carried out by this means of communication in the state delegation located in Miguel Lerdo de Tejada number 2466, in the Arcos Vallarta neighborhood, it was found that the wait in this place is between 45 and 60 minutes just to enter to request guidance on the errors in this document, issued by the federation after the application of the complete vaccination scheme against the virus.
Among the most common problems presented by those who come to this place are the mistake in the dates of the application of the vaccines, in the contact telephone numbers, that the certificate does not appear or the platform does not allow them download it, or that one of the applied dose.
Julieta, for example, went to request the correction of her certificate and that of her husband because in both cases the dates of their applications were recorded incorrectly, and she fears that due to this error they will not be able to make a planned trip to leave the country. .

Emma Adriana he can’t even download the certificate, even though he received his second dose in April last year. “Since then I tried to get the certificate and well no, nothing else has been given to us. On the Internet they tell me nothing else ‘we are serving you’, but they don’t give me any answer. We hope that we can solve it and that our authorities also take action on the matter, that they see how many people are in the same situation, of this there must be many more who are going through the same situation. here we we have to keep our distance because with the contagion that there is it is very risky”, said Mrs. Emma.
José Manuel has also been unable to download his certification since October of last year, and assures that there are more people in his family with errors in their documents. Because he noticed that in some establishments and events the document is requested for his entry, he decided to go to the state delegation to ask for help.
“If later they become more demanding with the certification, here we are going to being trained all, wasting time, hours of work, one has other things that also matter. I came to see if they are going to give me the certification here or what steps I have to follow. We are here with the inclement weather, apart from the lack of organization because we are all standing here, in a certain way one resists a little more than older people, but that is the pending”, said José Manuel, who asked for more organization in the system for the issuance and correction of this document.
There are no corrections, only missing doses are added
However, despite situations such as those mentioned, the workers of the Jalisco Delegation of the Ministry of Welfare explain to the people who come that on this site no corrections can be made to the document.
The only thing that can be done is to verify that both doses appear in the system in order to issue the full certificate, but if they are not registered, the person must wait a month after requesting verification.
If after this period the dose still does not appear, it is likely that the person should be vaccinated again.
Problems about corrections of other data such as CURP, telephone numbers or incorrect dates can only be done on the platform https://cvcovid.salud.gob.mx/correccionDatos.html, where the person must check the corresponding box according to the error presented, in addition to attaching in a single PDF document the vaccination records of the immunized person.
So far there is no information on how long this process may take to receive the corrected document.
