After three months of the murder of two elements of the federal police in Puerto Vallarta, Fernando “S”, probable cause and detained in the State of Colima, was linked to the process by the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), through its Delegation in Jalisco.
The elements were shot to death by a subject who was arrested, in the first instance, for carrying an illegal weapon. However, upon reviewing it, the Public Ministry realized that he took a policeman’s weapon, shot him and fled.
Fernando “S” is allegedly responsible for the commission of the crimes of violation of the Federal Law on Firearms and Explosives, in its modality of carrying a firearm without a license, prison escape, aggravated robbery committed with violence against the FGR (firearm) and qualified homicide with treachery and advantage against two policemen from the same Prosecutor’s Office.
Due to the foregoing, the arrest warrant was issued against him, therefore, after escaping, authorities from the three levels of government took on the task of looking for him and his arrest was achieved in the state of Colima. Due to the aforementioned fact, the accused was placed at the disposal of the Control Judge of the Accusatory Penal System in Colima.
At the request of the FGR, his transfer to the Federal Center for Social Readaptation Number One in the Altiplano, located in the State of Mexico, was ordered.
