The president of the Mobility and Transportation Commission announced the start of the public transport socialization campaign, which the Ministry of Mobility began this month of January, to deliver 200 thousand cards for Peribús, the deputy invited the members of the State Congress to join the mission that will be carried out in the neighborhoods near the peripheral, stations and schools.
During the press conference, the deputy Mónica Magaña Mendoza was in the company of the president of the Parliamentary Group of Citizen Movement, Gerardo Quirino Velázquez and the Secretary of Mobility and Transportation of Jalisco, Diego Monraz Villaseñor.
The deputy mentioned that the campaign will help people with the dignity of public transport, for which he invited users to use the card, which will give them discounts, and also a safe means of transportation.
He also stressed that the new transport of Peribús will benefit the issue of economic savings for users, access to all citizens and the reduction of times during transfers.
The Secretary of Mobility and Transportation of Jalisco specified the benefits that users can obtain with the Peribús card, discounts of up to fifty percent on transfers and feeder lines.
Another thing that he highlighted was that transportation will be inclusive transportation by considering people with disabilities, women who need free breastfeeding, also safe spaces for cyclists and pedestrians to transit, and rapid transportation so that students arrive safely. weather.
The president of the Parliamentary Group of Citizen Movement said that the Peribús means of transport combats pollution and the creation of new green areas in the environment with the planting of 27 thousand trees.
