How can I sign a document electronically?
One of the important decisions that the authorities made with the start of the pandemic is to announce teleworking, a measure that has been taken by a good percentage of private companies and public sectors. This was done so that workers are not exposed to closed spaces where the coronavirus is usually transmitted. Taking into account that, for the beginning of 2020, the creation of a vaccine that would immunize the population was not announced.
Although there are already workers who are working in person, others are governed by the announcement made by the Government of the day, which decreed the extension of remote work until December 31, 2022, in the context of the beginning of a third wave of COVID-19 and that was approved in the framework of the health emergency.
With this legal device, Title II of Emergency Decree No. 026-2020 is extended, which establishes various exceptional and temporary measures to prevent the spread of the virus in the national territory, regulates the remote work modality, applied in a mandatory manner to workers considered in the risk group for the duration of the health emergency.
Since a good percentage of professionals will stay at home to complete their workday, it is vitally important to find tools that facilitate their work, especially for those who are not very familiar with electronic devices and the Internet. One of the tricks that yes or yes you should have pointed out is how to make a digital signature on a document.

HOW TO MAKE A DIGITAL SIGNATURE?
OPTION 1 – IN WORD
– Draw your signature on a sheet and scan it or take a photo to save it on your computer. It must be as image format.
– Open the Word document and follow the path “Insert”> “Image” to find the image of the signature.
– If required, type the text you need to add to the signature and then select both. Go to the Quick parts gallery and give the file a name for future use.
– Once again, click on Quick parts to continue with the process. Select “Auto Text” and follow the name of the signature with which you saved it.
– Fill in the configuration fields that are requested and click on “Accept”.
OPTION 2 – IN EXCEL
– Open the spreadsheet and go to the “Insert” option found in the menu.
– The next step is to add a signature line within the “Text” section.
– On the screen you will see a window in which you will complete the name of the signatory, position, email.
– We right click and select the “Signature” option. We select the image that has our rubric and add it.
– Finally, we select “Sign” again and it will have been inserted automatically.
OPTION 3 – ON THE CELL PHONE
On the Internet you can find several alternatives that offer you to remove the background from the signature that you have made on paper and that you have on your cell phone. For this explanation, we will use Office, which is available for both Android and iOS.
– Open the Office app on your phone.
– Select the “Actions” tab and “Sign a PDF” or the document you require.
– On the screen, open the file you are going to sign and press your finger on the place where you are going to place it. You can also sign on your screen.
– With the help of the tools you can enlarge or minimize it.
