It was published in the Official Newspaper the expenditure budget 2022 of the state of Jalisco with its annexes and staff; With this, the process is covered so that it enters into force as of next January 1.
The total expenditure raised during the next year was projected in 137 thousand 286 million pesos (MDP). The case of the Annual Public Investment Program stands out, to which 14 thousand 814 million were labeled to carry out different works and projects in Jalisco.
The state income law was also published, which will be in force next year and which includes elements such as the Stepped increase in Payroll Tax (ISN).
In the first quarter of next year the increase will be 0.125%, that same amount will be added for the second quarter. In 2023, the tax will grow 0.50%, also divided to take effect semi-annually.
There will be around 130 thousand companies to which the adjustment would apply, as referred by the state Ministry of Finance. The resources obtained with this increase will be used to invest in educational infrastructure.
With the income generated with the collection of state taxes, they plan to access 8 thousand 367 million, in the category of participations they expect 65 thousand 954 million and 40 thousand 148 million in federal contributions.
