While the Halo Infinite campaign focuses on the story in which Master Chief must fight against a huge threat, multiplayer players will see the Meowster Chief arrive with the Spartan cat-ears helmet attachment that you can now purchase from the in-game store.
Halo Infinite players can now purchase the Cat Lovers Bundle from the in-game store for 1,000 credits ($9 USD), which includes the Faded Blush Epic Armor Coating, the Tabby Rare Charm, the Cat Epic Charm, and most importantly – the Purrfect Audio Epic Helmet Attachment.
These attachments are basically cute cat ears that sit on top of your helmet with the Mark VII Armor Core and the internet is already in love with this new addition.
@its_kiingah even thinks this is the best thing Halo has ever made.
@m4boo_ even thinks an entire team of cat girls is scarier than the worst monsters in the game.
The cat ears will only be available until Halo Infinite’s store gets a new batch of cosmetics on Tuesday, December 28, so if you want this set you’ll have to buy it before that day. On the other hand, there is a good chance that the set will return to the store later.
@neokitsch_ shows that you can combine the cat ears with the Vermillion Fire Legendary Armor Coating for 2000 Credits (18 euros), to resemble a kind of cat version of Iron Man.
If these aren’t enough new cosmetics for you, you can get multiple Christmas themed items in Halo Infinite’s Winter Contingency event.
