The arm found lay in a meadow along the Trekweg on the bank of the Scheldt in Vurste, Belgium.

Gavere – A passer-by found a severed arm last week in a meadow in the Belgian town of Vurste near Gavere, not far from the Scheldt. The arm had been eaten by wild animals or dogs. Further on were other smaller body remains. A DNA test should show who it is.
