The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) issued an arrest warrant against three alleged members of the New Generation Cartel (CNG), among them José Luis “N”, alias “Bad Boy” or “Abatar”, considered the pioneer in the use of explosive in drones.
Derived from research work carried out since August last year, Last September, the FGR’s Special Prosecutor for Organized Crime (FEMDO) obtained from a judge attached to the Federal Criminal Justice Center in Guanajuato, an arrest warrant against José “N”, for the probable commission of the crime of organized crime.
From what yesterday, reported the FGR, agents of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), in conjunction with the National Intelligence Center (CNI), detained the “Bad Boy” or “Abatar” in the vicinity of the International Airport of the City of Mexico (AICM). Simultaneously, the ministerial elements captured Abraham “M” and Luis “H”, who also had a valid arrest warrant for the same crime.
According to federal reports, José Luis “N”, who was transferred to the Federal Criminal Justice Center of Guanajuato, provided drones with explosives to the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, when it was directed by José Antonio Yépez Ortiz, “El Marro” .
However, once the federal authorities arrested Yépez Ortiz, José Luis “N” joined the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel, criminal group for which he prepared explosives, which he has used against his rivals in Michoacán, Jalisco and Guanajuato.
In August 2020, the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic initiated an investigation derived from an anonymous complaint in which a person is named “who is dedicated to selling weapons in Ecatepec, State of Mexico.
