Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visited her husband, former President Bill Clinton, on Thursday night at the University of California Irvine Medical Center, where he has been admitted since last Tuesday for an infection.
Hillary was captured by photographers outside the hospital located in the Californian city of Irvine. Her husband, 75, was admitted there for an illness not related to COVID-19. His doctors say he is taking antibiotics and hope that he will return home soon.

The former president’s spokesman, Ángel Ureña, reported on his Twitter account that Clinton is “on the mend.”
“He is improving, in good spirits and incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses and medical team who have treated him with excellent care,” he added.
Ureña indicated that former President Clinton was diagnosed with an infection and admitted to the intensive care unit for “close monitoring.”
The Democrat’s spokesman also released a report from the doctors currently treating him.

The joint statement by Drs. Alpesh Amin and Lisa Bardack notes that Clinton was received into the Irvine Medical Center’s Care Unit and diagnosed with an infection.
“He was admitted to the hospital for close monitoring and to administer antibiotics and fluids. He remains in the hospital for ongoing follow-up. After two days of treatment, his white blood cell count is decreasing and he is responding well to antibiotics, ”the text explains.
California doctors have been in constant communication with the former president’s New York-based medical team, including his cardiologist.
