The former supreme prosecutor and former member of the Peru Libre technical team Avelino Guillén Jáuregui was the victim of verbal aggression when he was insulted by a group of people when he was leaving a supermarket in Lima.
In the video broadcast on Twitter, the attackers are seen surrounding and following Avelino Guillén as he left the commercial establishment where he had made his purchases. One of the subjects, between insults, claimed him for harming Fujimori.

WHO IS AVELINO GUILLÉN?
Avelino Trifón Guillén Jáuregui is a lawyer and jurist recognized for his role in the trial against former President Alberto Fujimori, where he participated as deputy supreme prosecutor.
In 1994 he assumed the position of Superior Prosecutor of Lima. In 2001 he was a member of the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office and intervened in several key processes of the Fujimori case: Blanca Nélida Colán, Víctor Joy Way, Agustín Mantilla, supreme vocals and digitized superiors, defected congressmen, corruption in the Ministry of Defense and the self-coup of April 5 .
Avelino Guillén played a fundamental role in the 25-year sentence against Alberto Fujimori for the crimes of Barrios Altos and La Cantuta.
During the second round of the last presidential elections, Avelino Guillén was a member of Peru Libre’s technical team, and participated in the technical debate, although he indicated that he would not be part of Guido Bellido’s ministerial cabinet.
