The Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) released the maximum prices of LP gas that would be in effect from September 5 to 11, which registered a slight decrease in Mexico City.
According to the regulatory body, the rates starting tomorrow will be 22.22 pesos per kilo distributed in portable cylinders and 12.00 pesos per liter for stationary tanks.
These prices are lower than those that were in force until this Saturday, September 4, of 22.28 and 12.08 pesos, respectively.
In other important consumption centers, such as in the State of Mexico, prices for next week will be 22.33 and 12.06 pesos per kilogram and liter, respectively. These rates are five and three cents higher than those that were in effect last week. Almost a week after operating in Iztapalapa, Gas Bienestar reports a price per kilogram of 10.81 pesos, that is, 11.41 pesos below the maximum average established by the CRE for the week that runs from tomorrow.
Regarding the main consumption center of the country, Veracruz, some municipalities woke up this Saturday with a reduction in the price of LP gas. Naranjos Amatlán, Benito Juárez, Cerro Azul, Citlatépetl, Chalma, Chiconamel and Chicontepec, among others, saw a reduction of 16 and 8 cents per liter and kilo, respectively, to 23.96 and 12.94.
